Recipe Essentials

  • 6 Figs, cut into chunks 
  • 1/2 Cup Golden Boba Pearls
  • 1/3 Cup Rose Syrup
  • 20 oz Whole Milk
  • 50 ml Whipping Cream 
  • Mini or Crushed Ice cubes
  • Rose petals or thinly sliced fig for garnish

Directions

  • Add fig chunks to your beverage glass and crush them.
  • Add cooked golden boba pearls.
  • To a different cup add rose syrup and milk and mix well till combined.
  • Add ice on top of boba pearls followed by the rose milk mixture.
  • Beat whipping cream to a thicker but pouring consistency and add on top of the rose milk.
  • Garnish with rose petals, rose powder or thinly sliced fig before serving and enjoy !

Flavorful Footnotes

  • If you don’t have rose syrup handy, use a mix of corn syrup, rose extract and pink color instead.
  • Optionally you can blend the the fig into a pulp instead of crushing it .
